Starting December 1, 2009, new KU T.E.A. members will need to pay monthly premiums via ACH funds transfer. This method allows members to conveniently make monthly payments directly from their checking or savings account.

Upon receipt of an application, Robert E. Miller will send the first month’s premium bill along with an ACH application to the member’s mailing address. When returning the first month’s premium, please include the completed ACH form. All future payments will be processed during the third week of each month.
